60 mins of orthopaedic deep, tissue and relaxation massage. This treatment is ideal for reducing muscle tightness and pain while increasing relaxation and detoxifying your body of daily stresses.

1 hour  Massage

This 1 hour massage uses an abdominal support cushion which will allow for a front lying position while getting your back, hips and legs treated. Regular prenatal treatments keeps your body healthy and reduces stress on your ligaments and muscles. 

Prenatal massage 

90 mins orthopaedic massage for a full body treatment of all your deep aches and pains and promotes ultimate detoxification of lymphatic waste and increases total relaxation.

1.5 Hour Massage

30 mins massage focusing on primarily one area that is causing discomfort or an acute injury. 

1/2 hour massage 

45 min massage of orthopaedic and relaxation massage to help treat any range of motion restrictions or injuries while still aiding in full relaxation. 

3/4 hour massage 

Cupping Massage Therapy treatment involves suctioning the skin with plastic or silicone cups. It may help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, and reduce pain. Please contact us to see if cupping is a safe and ideal treatment for you.

Cupping Massage Treatment

Want a little longer than an hour but not a full 1.5 hour session, then try a 75 min treatment. It’s ideal for deep tissue muscle repair or full body therapeutic treatments.

Manual Lymph Drainage w/ Massage Therapy

Manual drainage techniques will be performed to help eliminate lymphatic waste from the effected area.  Short stretch bandaging, compression material or garments will be applied for containment following the  drainage treatment.

For those that have mobility limitations, treatment is provided with in the comfort of your own home. Manual lymph drainage, therapeutic massage, compression therapy and or oncology care is provided to aid in healing and promoting lymphatic drainage to increase relaxation and improve comfort.
